Crisis Awaits Spurs

Tottenham are braced for a transfer raid in 2021 as Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain target their squad for reinforcements.

Spurs face a battle to keep all of their star players as numerous reports linking the likes of Heung-min Son and Harry Kane with clubs across Europe continue to emerge.
Mauricio Pochettino’s imminent appointment at PSG has led to speculation surrounding Dele Alli and Hugo Lloris.

Alli, who was a favourite during Pochettino’s five years at Spurs, has fallen out of favour under Jose Mourinho, while Lloris is also admired by the Argentine for his leadership qualities.

According to the Daily Mail, Spurs are adamant the duo will not leave the club this month.

GiveMeSport, meanwhile, claims Heung-min Son has emerged as a target for Spanish champions Madrid this summer.
Son is among the Premier League’s top scorers this season with 11 goals in his opening 15 matches.

It comes after reports from German outlet Bild claiming Man City could launch a bid to sign Harry Kane at the end of the season – and Tottenham are unlikely to let either of their star players go without a fight.

The fee mentioned for Kane is £90m (€100m) – but according to former Premier League ace Darren Ambrose, that ‘wouldn’t be enough to buy his right leg!’

“I don’t think so,” Ambrose told talkSPORT when quizzed on the £90m move rumours.
“I think they’re way off the mark there. For anyone normal you are looking at £150million-plus. But, Daniel Levy you are probably looking at half a billion.

“I don’t think £90million gets you anywhere near.

“I think it’s a derogatory offer, if it’s truthful, and it’s not getting you anywhere near.”
